How the engagement runs
Training is scoped to the routine that keeps breaking — then taught until it sticks.
- Needs check. We find which routine fails: capture, filing, payroll or all three.
- Sessions. In-house at your office or public masterclass seats — quoted before we start.
- Follow-up. One check-in after 30 days to confirm the routine is running.
Public masterclass seats at TZS 100,000. In-house training quoted per engagement. Figures above are the approved bands (Task 1.3, 2026-09-29) — the only prices we quote. Every engagement is quoted in writing before we start, fixed-fee with 50/50 payment terms.
Questions owners ask
Who should attend?
Whoever touches money or paperwork: cashiers, shop managers, junior accountants — and the owner, at least once.
Do you train on our accounting system?
Yes — QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Pastel. System setup itself is a separate one-off project (see bookkeeping).
Can the masterclass lead to a retainer?
Often: owners who see the discipline usually want it done for them. Masterclass fees stand alone — no hard sell attached.
Do attendees get certificates?
Attendance confirmation plus the calendar and checklist pack — the working documents matter more than wall art.
