The compliance pains

V12 · Trader rules

Online-trader requirements

Registration and filing setup for sellers on social and marketplace channels.

V12 · Channels

Multi-channel sales

WhatsApp, Instagram, Jumia and walk-in sales reconciled to mobile money and bank — one revenue truth.

V12 · Stock

Stock and delivery

Inventory against orders and delivery costs, so margins per channel are real numbers.

How the engagement works

Entry is the formalisation on-ramp (SL1/SL2).

  1. On-ramp pack. Registration, online-trader setup and filing configuration — service from TZS 250,000 plus official fees.
  2. Daily routine. Orders, payments and stock captured; returns filed on the TRA calendar.
  3. Tier A retainer. Basic Compliance at TZS 250,000 a month or Full Financial Management at TZS 400,000 a month, payroll included in Tier B.

Figures above are the approved bands (Task 1.3, 2026-09-29) — the only prices we quote. Every engagement is quoted in writing before we start.

Questions owners ask

We only sell on WhatsApp and Instagram. Does TRA care?

Yes — online-trader requirements apply beyond formal marketplaces. The on-ramp sets you up correctly.

How do you reconcile mobile-money sales?

Channel by channel against order records, monthly — the revenue truth lenders read.

Can online sellers really borrow?

With documented digital sales plus licence and filings, MSE facilities apply exactly as for physical traders.

What about delivery costs?

Tracked per order so channel margins are net, not fantasy.
