Withholding-tax heavy with the 7th-of-month deadline biting hardest — fee income tracked per engagement, filings filed, working capital unlocked.

The compliance pains

V11 · Withholding

Withholding tax

Client withholdings tracked per invoice and reconciled — credits claimed, never lost.

V11 · Cycle

7th-of-month cycle

PAYE, SDL and withholding prepared and filed by the 7th, every month, without drama.

V11 · Pipeline

Fee pipeline

Engagement income against costs, so working-capital needs are visible before they bite.

How the engagement works

Entry is the free health check (SL2/SL1).

  1. Health check. Withholding position, invoice trail and filing status triaged free.
  2. Cleanup if needed. Back filings and reconciliations, fixed-fee 50/50.
  3. Retainer. Basic Compliance at TZS 250,000 a month or Full Financial Management at TZS 400,000 a month, payroll included in Tier B.

Figures above are the approved bands (Task 1.3, 2026-09-29) — the only prices we quote. Every engagement is quoted in writing before we start.

Questions owners ask

Clients withhold tax on our fees. Do we lose it?

No — tracked per invoice and reconciled, withholding credits reduce your final liability instead of evaporating.

We invoice in dollars sometimes. Is that a problem?

No — currency invoices recorded at compliant rates with the exchange differences tracked.

Can fee income support working capital?

Yes — documented engagement pipelines underwrite fee-income working-capital facilities. See bank proposals.

Do you handle our staff too?

Yes — Tier B at TZS 400,000 a month includes payroll. See payroll.
