From market stall to MSE loan in one on-ramp
Licence plus clean filings unlocks micro and small-enterprise facilities — and enforcement-heavy messaging backfires with traders, so we lead with fairness and the facility it unlocks.

The compliance pains
EFD discipline
Every sale receipted through the fiscal device — the first thing TRA checks and the first thing lenders ask about.
Online-trader rules
Selling on WhatsApp, Instagram or Jumia brings TRA’s online-trader requirements with it. We set you up right.
Licence + filings
The business licence plus filed returns that turn a stall into a borrower MSE facilities recognise.
How the engagement works
The formalisation on-ramp (service from TZS 250,000 plus official fees), converting to a Tier A retainer at handover.
- On-ramp pack. BRELA, TIN and NSSF setup plus EFD and filing configuration — one fixed scope, official fees at cost.
- First filings. Returns filed and schedules started, with source lines you can check.
- Tier A retainer. Basic Compliance at TZS 250,000 a month or Full Financial Management at TZS 400,000 a month, payroll included in Tier B. — the stall stays compliant from day one.
Figures above are the approved bands (Task 1.3, 2026-09-29) — the only prices we quote. Every engagement is quoted in writing before we start.
Questions owners ask
We have never filed anything. Is it too late?
No — most traders start exactly there. The on-ramp exists for first-time formalisation, and the health check maps your gap free.
Will TRA penalise past years?
Bring your situation to the health check. We regularise forward first, then handle arrears by the cheapest lawful route.
What does the on-ramp cost?
Service from TZS 250,000 plus official government fees, confirmed at ors.brela.go.tz before we quote.
Can a duka really borrow?
Yes — MSE facilities are built for this segment. Clean licence plus filed returns is the file they ask for.
