Official fees, plainly stated
Government fees pass through at cost — our service starts from TZS 250,000. Indicative figures from prior research (secondary source, confirm at ors.brela.go.tz before we quote): name reservation TZS 20,000; filing TZS 66,000; company totals roughly TZS 167,200 to TZS 512,200 depending on capital. We confirm the current schedule before any quote.

Questions owners ask
What happens if we skipped a year?
We file the arrears and bring the record current — most cleanups are routine once the documents are assembled. Bring whatever certificates you still hold to the free health check and we map the gap.
We changed directors but never filed it. Is that urgent?
Yes if you borrow or bid: lenders and tender boards compare your CRB, TCC and bid documents against the BRELA record. A mismatch discovered at evaluation cannot be fixed in time.
Are official fees included in your price?
No — government fees pass through at cost, confirmed at ors.brela.go.tz before we quote. Our service starts from TZS 250,000.
Do you handle new registrations too?
Yes — company registration covers name reservation, incorporation, TIN and VAT, with the handover pack your bank and TRA expect.
