Core retainers — monthly compliance

The back office that keeps TRA, NSSF and your bank reading the same books. Basic Compliance at TZS 250,000 a month covers bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and TRA returns. Full Financial Management at TZS 400,000 a month adds quarterly and annual reports, budgets and payroll. Month-to-month, 30 days’ notice. Annual prepay earns one month free.

NSSF and statutory schedules

Source: nssf.go.tz and NSSF Act Cap. 50, verified 2026-09-26. Late payment draws penalties, so the schedule is never left to memory.

Specialized scale — advisory when you grow

For businesses past the compliance basics: winning tenders, handling donor money, or making strategy explicit. Each is a scoped engagement with its own deliverable.

Questions owners ask

Which retainer do we need?

Start with the free health check. If your books, TRA and NSSF are broadly current, Basic Compliance at TZS 250,000 a month keeps them there. If you have staff on payroll or need budgets and quarterly reports, Full Financial Management at TZS 400,000 a month covers the whole stack.

How do projects and retainers combine?

Retainers keep you compliant month to month; projects fix one thing properly — a bank file, a registration, an audit. Most clients hold a retainer and add one project a year. Payment on projects is 50/50.

Do you work in QuickBooks, Zoho or Pastel?

Yes — all three. A new setup or migration is a separate one-off project, quoted before we start, so your retainer never hides implementation fees.

What do you need from us each month?

Source documents and bank access by the 5th, one named contact for approvals, and answers to queries within 3 business days. Late documents shift delivery and can push a statutory deadline.

How fast can we start?

Health check this week, scope and price in writing, then onboarding intake. Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice — you are never locked in.
