Clean books for the next vehicle

Multi-vehicle payroll plus asset finance: 80%-LTV deals demand books a lender trusts — trip income reconciled, drivers scheduled, maintenance costed per kilometre.

The compliance pains

V7 · Payroll

Driver payroll

Drivers, loaders and office staff on one payroll with PAYE and NSSF schedules aligned.

V7 · Trips

Trip income

Trip sheets reconciled to bank and mobile money — revenue per vehicle, proven.

V7 · Fleet

Fleet costs

Fuel, maintenance and spares tracked per vehicle, so the next purchase is a calculation, not a gamble.

How the engagement works

Entry is the free health check (SL1/SL3).

  1. Health check. Books, payroll and filing status triaged free in 30 minutes.
  2. Cleanup if needed. Back filings and reconciliations, fixed-fee 50/50.
  3. Retainer + asset file. Basic Compliance at TZS 250,000 a month or Full Financial Management at TZS 400,000 a month, payroll included in Tier B. — then SL3 proposals from TZS 500,000 per acquisition.

Figures above are the approved bands (Task 1.3, 2026-09-29) — the only prices we quote. Every engagement is quoted in writing before we start.

Questions owners ask

Our drivers are paid per trip. Can payroll handle that?

Yes — trip-based pay computed into PAYE and NSSF schedules monthly. See payroll.

What LTV can we get on vehicles?

Around 80% with clean books is the working assumption — confirmed per deal with the lender, never promised by us.

Do you track fuel and maintenance?

Per vehicle, monthly — the cost-per-kilometre that justifies the next purchase.

We operate up-country. Does that matter?

No — the retainer runs anywhere in Tanzania. See national coverage.
